LIMITED SCOPE/UNBUNDLED LEGAL REPRESENTATION
I now offer legal services to you at a much lower cost by offering what is known as limited scope representation or, as some refer to it, unbundled legal services. It’s not for everyone,
and I will still offer representation in cases from start to finish. Please read this entire message to see if it’s right for you.
Limited scope representation means you hire an attorney to handle those parts of your case you choose, such as preparing court documents, entering a limited appearance for a specific facet of your case or other matters. You handle the other parts of your case on your own. If you need additional help later, this can be done when you deem it necessary.
Most attorneys charge their time hourly but fewer billable hours means less cost to you. Except in limited circumstances, the legal services provided would be offered on a flat fee basis. You’ll know the exact cost before beginning. Every case is different and again, this may not fit your needs.
